Our
aim has always been to provide the best possible service to our
guests, constantly improving the quality of

amenities on offer, and to build up a base of
satisfied guests who would love to come back to us again and again.
So far, as our
number of repeat guests proves, we have succeeded in
the effort.
MOTIVATION
Why we do what we do… and love doing it.
I have
brought my long and varied experiences in people oriented businesses
such as real estate and insurance industries and this has played an
important role in improving our services here, helping us carve out
a niche for ourselves in the hospitality business... What is the
connection? You might well ask. Simply that both are people oriented
businesses, just like the hospitality business. Years of
successfully dealing with people and finding out what they want,
what makes them comfortable and what pleases them, has given an
added insight into how better to serve my guests and this reflects
in everything about

GOALS
Where we are, where we want to go and how we want to
get there.
Hotel
Residency Palace is the first step on the road to what I hope will
become a distinguished and respected chain of hotels. To this end,
we are now looking for hotels and hotel properties in places such as
Jaipur, Udaipur, Delhi and Agra to collaborate with in order to
expand the brand – that Residency Palace has become – and make it
available to more people. The primary objective is to build up a
mutually beneficial business relationship with like- minded,
passion-driven hotel owners who feel their hotels can perform
better, and earn more revenues and add value to people’s lives with
some little outside help.
New Horizons
Taking our vision beyond safe havens and into
thrilling new territories.
The
entire focus of all that I do is to add value to people’s lives and
try to give them all that they need for comfort, safety and a better
life. Not just hospitality, this approach has made us a leader in
real estate dealings in Rajasthan as well. Not to sound immodest, we
have been successful in the field of real estate dealings in
Rajasthan and we are the pioneers in building Villas, bungalows,
malls and complete townships in the state. After having successfully
completed such projects in record time at places like Jodhpur, Pali,
Jalore..we are now ready to move beyond Rajasthan; stretching out
our already wide spread frontiers. I am energised, from these
successes to drive on and do more.
